liked the fact we could park on site. miller and carter restaurant was situated in the hotel service amazing as always. The hotel was very clean, tidy and elegant and staff were friendly polite and helpful. i will definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again

The Hotel was fine but the staff were amazing. Diana in the restaurant and Sylvia on reception went above and beyond the call of duty to make our stay better and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Very impressed. Staff were super helpful and polite - happy to check me in a little early, look after my bags after I’d checked out, answer any questions etc. Rooms were very clean, beds comfy - only downside was a bunch of doors slamming on my first night but other than that I couldn’t fault a thing!

A very disappointing hotel. I chose him because he seemed to be the best Marriott in Bristol. The rooms are beautiful, and the receptionists do their best to help you. But the bar and restaurant service are just lamentable. I do not choose a Marriott hotel, 4 stars to be forced to order, take and pay my glass at the bar! I'm waiting for a server to take my order. Not a "hello", just a "how do you pay?". An excellent restaurant in the hotel with a bad welcome, a reserved table not ready and no excuse. I am a Marriott client and I like this brand. But this hotel is not at the level.
