"Unprofessional Front Desk Experience During my stay, I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism at the front desk. On multiple occasions, the receptionist greeted me with “What’s up?”—an informal and inappropriate greeting in a hospitality setting. I waited patiently in line, was polite throughout, yet was met with an unprofessional attitude. Additionally, the elevator was out of order, and we were assigned a room on the third floor. Although we didn’t complain about the inconvenience, I believe staff should maintain a higher level of courtesy and professionalism when interacting with guests."

"The only table lamp was missing a lamp. Replaced quickly by desk clerk. The room was pleasant. Used the ironing board to hold the suitcases. No racks or storage in the room."

These people are clearly passionate about this place, and we feel grateful to have found it. Clean, beautiful, serene and peaceful throughout.
