A quaint cabin in the woods with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. It's within a short walking distance to the Chattahoochee River with the best trout fishing. Also, there is kayaking, canoeing, rafting, and hiking in the woods.

Local attractions include Alpine Helen, Unicoi State Park, Tallula Falls, or just sit on the deck and enjoy the spectacular view of Mt. Yonah and surrounding mountain range. It's a great family retreat with fully equipped kitchen and a cozy log burning fireplace, outside fire pit. . Life is good...

This is my first time going through Vrbo i was extremely pleased at how helpful and friendly she was making sure we arrived and had a great time. Responded quickly to any messages i sent and even sent me things to do in the area since it was my first time visiting the area. I would definitely recommend this place if you are in the area.

Nice little get away
We stayed here while visiting helen. It's a nice secluded cabin to enjoy your privacy but not too far away from everything when you're needing supplies. The property manager was really nice and available any time we needed anything. The gps took us on a won't turn and i had to call her to get turned around and she was really helpful and got us in the right direction. One of the days we stayed at saw 5 bucks chasing a doe right next to the cabin, it was a sight to see 😊

We enjoyed our stay at this location. The drive in was interested with the GPS on a private gravel road but we made it. Every thing was very easy to access and directions were clear and not a lot of them. (Thank you) Plus, for some reason three people in our party woke up smelling bacon and maple syrup not quite sure where it was coming from. Thanks

Our stay was wonderful. The cabin was very nice. It was clean and we had everything there we needed to cook and enjoy our time during our stay. The owners were very polite and communicated better than any so far. The cabin is located in a very good spot but not too far from everything. It was the most relaxing time we have had on any stay thus far. We will definitely keep this property saved foe more trips to come. The owners are very thoughtful and made sure we had their contact information if any questions or anything arose during our stay. Will definitely book again!!

Great get away for family. Lovely secluded cabin.
This was a wonderful place to rent. The property was exactly as listed and the cabin was very quiet and relaxing. Property was private, peaceful, and perfect for family time. The host was very responsive, very accommodating, and helpful with recommendations of things to do in the area. Love the location of this cabin, Great views and quiet neighborhood. The cabin was wonderful with a large and well stocked kitchen, plenty of room in living areas. Great views off the porch/deck. In the early morning we were able to see a small family of deer walk by the cabin and the evening enjoy a relaxing camp fire. Highly recommend renting if visiting the area.

Labor Day Weekend Getaway
The cabin was wonderful, it was nice and quiet. In the early morning or late afternoon we were able to see a small family of deer walk by the cabin. The furniture and beds were comfortable. We loved everything about the cabin and if we visit there again we will definitely book the cabin again if it's available. The only problem we had was the gps tried to take us to another cabin,we contacted the owner who told us the correct way to go. The owner also texted us things to do in the area which we found super helpful.

Cabin tucked away near stream and quiet
The pictures were accurate. Pros: House was clean -were left common supplies like soap / detergent (very appreciated). CONS: ... however there were cobwebs in kitchen cabinets and areas of little use. As we were cooking on site - we noticed things someone looking for just a place to sleep would not notice. The furniture is definitely eclectic and very dated. No headboards, Furniture appeared to be from 2nd hand shops. Pieces were all well worn and drawers were past their prime. Overall I would recommend this owner to provide amenities that mirror the upper end cost of the stay. Mattresses / beds need updating. You should up your hot water heater - we could not take showers together due to lack of hot water & pressure. To owners defense - we did not complain - the trip was too short. Pictures were accurate so we got what was shown. I would recommend if your objective is a clean and bug free for our stay. (and ability to ignore cobwebs in kitchen cabinets, we just washed everything before touching for food prep)

My now husband and I stayed here last weekend in June for our wedding weekend.
It was perfect, just the right amount of space for us and the group we had with us, aka wedding party. Very clean, nice, and everything that you would need for a place to stay. Very close to things (store, gas, food, etc) but far enough away to feel up in the mountain. P.S. there is a neighborhood dog that lives up here and the house next door feeds him. SUPER LOVING AND FRIENDLY DOG!!! So you even get a cute four legged friend for your stay.
