"I booked in January for a summer weekend, arrived in July to find hotel closed and had to find another hotel.
I contacted the hotel through expedia and through their website twice in the week running up to my stay. The Guest House did not respond
I arrived to find Hall Bank Guest House locked up and closed.
I had to find emergency accomodation for the night.
I suggest that potential holidaymakers think very carefully before risking booking Hall Bank Guest House"
