The hotel was phenomenal! We really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to stay there again in the future!

I will stay here again. This was the best hotel experience i have had in a long time. They thought of many things to make the stay better. I was impressed that Abraham, the shuttle driver gave us a map of surrounding places to eat and shop near the hotel and also gave us menus for deluvery since we were hungry. They were very attentive during breakfast and kept the area very clean. The hotel was very clean and updated.

I would definitely visit here again!!!! The staff was friendly the free breakfast wasn't a continental breakfast they even had a section that made omelets to your specification. The texting service was a great feature I was able to text to see if they had transportation to the cruise port for Virgin which they did for $12 per person. Funny story I can laugh at now😩. I forgot our passports in the hotel safe didn't miss them until we got to the port i quickly called the front desk and one of the...

Stayed for one night before leaving for cruise. Convenient shuttle service from airport and to the cruise port. Clean, nice staff, mini market (seemed like it was stocked for cruisers 👍), comfortable bed, and decent free breakfast.

Definitely recommend this hotel very nice and clean

Clean comfortable property. Free shuttle van from airport to property. Decent breakfast and love those cinnamon rolls. If going to the cruise port, shuttle only $14/per person and was able to schedule shuttle from cruise port to airport, for after our cruise was completed. Again for just $14/per person. They make it very easy. Will definitely be back.

Food was excellent restaurant excellent

Execellent place

I really enjoyed the ease and helpfulness of the staff. The proximity to the airport and food places was also a definite plus. Would definitely stay again.

Love the place and reception people really helpful like it 10/10

The check-in process was easy and the room was very nice. Giovanni was extremely helpful and gave us the name of a restaurant to try out. Casa Juan’s was very good and a close walk from the hotel.

Food excellent

I usually don’t write reviews, but wanted to this time because I do not agree with some of the negative feedback. The hotel is ideal for those coming into Miami for a cruise. That’s the reason to stay at this Comfort Inn. It’s not for south beach or Miami sight-seeing, but it is great for cruisers. There is a free shuttle from the Miami airport to the hotel (Yes, you might have to wait 30 minutes, but that is due to the airports heavy traffic, not Comfort Inn). There is also a free shuttle...

It was only a one night stay before a cruise. Was able to book transportation to the port and the driver was awesome. None of the shower soap/shampoo dispensers were full, but it was only a one night stay so I didn’t complain and I just used my own.

We really enjoyed our stary at Sleep Inn. Staff is very friendly, we were able to check in early at 10:00 am. Rooms are big and clean. Hallways were clean and smells like clean. Maybe bathrooms should be improved since our bathtub was in bad conditions. Breakfast was good and complete. They had scrambled eggs, toasts, bagels, waffles, muffins, cereals, juices, milk, coffee and yogurt. Overall I rate this hotel 9/10. Recommended.

Love the location which isn't far from the airport or mall. I've enjoyed my stay enough to book this location every time i travel

Very convenient for connecting flights

Newer hotel so doesn't have the usual "worn out" vibe of your usual airport hotel. This is my go to hotel for enroute travel to/from the Caribbean, I stay here an average of 2x a month because its consistent and reliable plus the front desk staff is very friendly and nice.

loved it
