We have Central Air and heat System in our condos, not every condo in this complex does. Most just have a wall air unit in the living room. The Seaside Villa complex is located oceanfront, the beach is just out the door. View the ocean from balcony or from the living room. Beautifully decorated oceanfront view villa located in the heart of Hilton Head Island.

23 South Forest Beach Drive is located between Holiday Inn and the back entrance to Sea Pines, this complex is in the Hilton Head South Forest Beach area. This gated beachfront complex is one of Hilton Head Island's most convenient. From Pope Avenue to Coligny Circle the first right is South Forest Beach Drive. Seaside Villas are within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, miniature golf, a water slide, miles and miles of bike paths, family recreation, and shopping galore.
Come relax on Hilton Head Island's finest beaches with everything so close, you may not want to leave!
There is a starter package left for your convenience including dish detergent, dishwashing detergent, paper towels, and starter toilet paper.

Seaside Villas is not pet friendly, the management company is very strict and there are $500.00 fees per day per pet.

There will be days when you do not need your vehicle, and it will stay under the covered parking. This complex has elevators, and is comprised of one bedroom ocean view and oceanfront units which have some of the Hilton Head Island best beach views. For guest enjoyment the complex has two private swimming pools, picnic and grill area, also oceanfront sun deck.

The unique restaurants on Hilton Head Island are Chef owned and operated. We will make recommendation of our favorites, also favorite dishes.

Ideal Getaway

Everything about this place is ideal. It has a beautiful view of the ocean and we loved sitting on the balcony watching deer as well as dolphins swimming by. Its right on the beach and minutes from restaurants. Inside was lovely, comfortable and all the appliances functioned, I'd highly recommend staying here!

What A View!

We truly enjoyed staying on this property. Great patio view of the ocean and daily sightings of dolphins. Great view & location.

We live 30 minutes away & know the island layout pretty well. Stayed 3 days for wife’s birthday celebration. Meet others for dinner who stayed elsewhere & paid more with no view. Close to Coligny beach & several restaurants & Music venues. We walked everywhere. We will definitely pick this unit again.

New favorite place

This was our 6th time visiting HHI and 3rd time staying at sea side villas. We love it here. This room was truly perfect for us. The view from the patio is worth it. We enjoyed watching the sun rise while we drank our coffee. Watching the deer and seeing dolphins. A big perk is the king size bed and the beautiful bathroom. We can't wait for a trip back next year.

HH Perfect!!

We couldn’t have been happier staying in this newly remodeled condo on the beach! Charlene was a wonderful “host”, and the condo itself was just perfect for the two of us! Sunrises, sunsets, dolphins, deer…sitting on the balcony we saw it all! Also, the location of Seaside Villas was great for walking to Coligny or driving most anywhere. We look forward to returning for another stay soon!!

First Trip to Hilton Head

The location of the condo is very good. You can walk the beach or pathway, or ride your bike to the restaurants, bars, shops and grocery store. Very nice to sit on the balcony and watch the ocean. Great sunrises from the beach. Very quiet and peaceful stay for week in May. Unit could use and little updating and brightening, but overall, you have everything you need to enjoy your stay.

What a fantastic view!

What a wonderful villa. The owner was so easy to work with. The villa was very well stocked. We had absolutely every thing we could possibly need for our few days, which were not long enough. The view is amazing. Having the bikes was such a nice plus. I just can't say enough nice things about this place. Counting the days until we can book it again.

Great oceanfront condo!

Clean, beautiful floors, tiling and comfortable leather recliners. Owner was very responsive and offered to let us stay over. Would have preferred 2 simple comfortable chairs without cushions outside as we love to sit on the balcony in the morning and evening. For us, the bed was uncomfortable and realized as we were pulling the sheets to leave that there was a thick foam topper. But overall, it was a lovely unit with a fantastic view!

What a wonderful find!

They say location is everything, and this villa has location! Being an end unit, the beach/ocean view is direct, so you're treated to the same view that all the multi-million dollar beachfront homes have. Being on the second level provides that you're view is above the dunes, and below the foliage of the trees.... it's truly breathtaking! The villa is located just off the stairs that are located just off the parking area, so there are no long hallways to navigate. The owner has done an excellent job keeping this villa up to date. New tile, hardwood floors, granite counters, and HD flatscreens give this villa a fresh upscale feel. The two leather recliners are top of the line in quality and comfort. The queen bed was very comfortable, as well. Charlene is wonderful to work with. Her kindness and expertise are evident in the professional way that she conducts her business. I hope to stay here again in the future!

Solo Dolo Birthday Getaway

I arrived at this property well into the evening, and had some questions about gate access and obtaining the key for the condo. I called directly from the VRBO app and was connected with the owners sister. She was very pleasant and patient with helping me. She told me she'd contact the owner/her sister to follow up with me for any further issues or questions. Upon entering the property, there was a bit of a "uncleanliness" smell, and upon further exploring inside, there were some areas with a dust problem. I had already planned to use the cleaning and disinfectant products I brought with me anyway, but I still expected the place to have an inviting and cleanliness presence upon entering. I won't rehash everything in detail, but will just say I was VERY SATISFIED with the owners attention and resolution of this issue. It didn't ruin my weekend or anything either. The view is perfect from this condo. I utilized the entire place from the kitchenette to the balcony. Two tvs (one in the bedroom, and another in the livingroom area. The "in-wall" bunkbeds for kids are pretty neat as well. It's on the end, so there's only one nextdoor neighbor, although the place was very quiet the entire time I was there. At the end of the day, I would recommend and stay here again.
