A Great Visit Once Again
Our stay, as usual, was great. We got a late booking start this year and found this late find to be quite modern and accommodating. Had a few little quirks but they didn't take away from enjoyment of staying at this property. The mattress was quite uncomfortable, the bathroom door squeaked noisily, the shower stall, although beautiful, needs a grab bar installed for stability, only one towel rack, and the ice maker did not work. These are easy fixes and we see you again next summer. Thanks.

My hubby and I enjoyed walking to shopping and restaurants with live music. Rented beach chairs and umbrellas for 2 days in the sun. Beach was crowded but lovely. Nice stay!! ❤️

Very nicely appointed condo updated with modern features. Short steps to beach. Partial ocean view. Walking distance to Coligny for shopping and dining. Mattress uncomfortable. Balcony furniture small, would be a better view of beach when having morning cup of coffee if had bar height table and chairs. Otherwise top notch!

10 year anniversary trip.
My husband and I stayed here for our 10th wedding anniversary. We loved the style of the apartment. The board games were a hit. It’s not far from restaurants and shops. Nice beach views with a short walk to the beach. The only thing I will comment on is the bed was very uncomfortable and there isn’t a place to unpack your bags, hangers in the closet would be a nice start. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will be back!

The apartment was really nice, renovated, and close to every where were interested in. Like the beach and Coligny. I have a few major complaints!!! First the bed! It felt like it was broken in the middle. Your head would stay in place then your body would sink almost to the floor. My wife was fine with it but, no way we both could make it work. Unfortunately I had to sleep on the hard couch the entire week. Next, we only had a total 3 wash cloths for an entire week. We really did love the apartment and the convince of the location!! We will definitely be back if the bed gets replaced.

This was my first time going to Hilton Head along with 2 others out of the 4 of us! We loved every aspect of not only the island but also the condo. It was steps away from the beach and was conveniently close to coligny plaza! I 100% recommend this place for any of your stays!

Amazing stay!
We loved this property. It was perfect for a couple’s getaway. Relaxing unit and property, and super friendly locals! Check-in and out was easy as can be, and Jim was awesome to deal with! Personally, I wouldn’t recommend Seaside Villas for more than two people, but the size is absolutely perfect for two people. Overall we loved it and had a great stay!
