"Hotel was fine. The bar service at Hayden’s Post was poor. Plenty of service personnel and only a few customers but after receiving the menu the staff never came back. There were two bartenders and 3 wait staff. They were more interested in talking amongst themselves. After 15-20 minutes of waiting I left and drove to a different restaurant with great service. Wasn’t able to use the free drink coupon that was provided by booking through Hotels.com. "

"Picturesque, friendly, and enchanting! It was snowing when we arrived, making it feel like we were in a Hallmark holiday movie. The staff (and dog, Yeti!) were super helpful and warm, and made us feel right at home. Room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Loved spending time in the main lodge playing pool and checkers, and relaxing by the fireplace. The s’mores kit was a great touch! Absolutely loved the charm of this place and would recommend it to couples (including LGBT couples!) and friends...

"The room was spacious and comfortable. It is a few blocks easy walk from Jackson Square where there is ample dining and shopping. It is in a quiet location. Best of all the bathroom tub has a jacuzzi option which was great after a full day hiking and enjoying the beautiful Grand Teton National Park nearby. "
