Summary:
Our Cozy Place is designed to make you cozy with full access to our completely furnished home including comfortable sleeping accommodations, a spacious living area and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and bar area. Our Home also features a backyard, use of washer and dryer, and a 2 Car Garage. We also provide WiFi and a Smart TV with access to popular apps. Close to Zia Park Casino and Racetrack, the Lea County Event Center, and also close to shopping, food, and entertainment.

The Neighborhood:
Our neighborhood is located in North Hobbs close to Zia Park Casino and Racetrack, the CORE, and the Lea County Event Center. The New Mexico Junior College and Southwest University are also close by. You also have quick access to shopping, entertainment, and restaurants.

Getting Around:
We recommend parking in our 2 Car Garage or in our driveway.

Other Things to Note:
First Aid Kit is located in the Laundry Room cabinets.
Fire Extinguisher is in the Kitchen Pantry.
