We were excited for this stay as we went beyond budget a little bit to stay here for one night of our trip while we explored the north end of Boston. Check in was wonderful, the valet staff was great and front desk friendly but nothing real informative. Our room was ok, honestly expected more from what my booking described. We barely had a water view and that was something we paid extra for. The doors on the bathroom were broke, we couldn’t get them to close. It was just my daughter and I so no big deal but still something to note. The bathroom wasn’t very clean either and the carpet through out just felt not as clean as could be. We couldn’t get the thermostat to adjust and were both very warm, we prefer a cooler sleeping temp so that was tough. The bed sheets had a large tear I didn’t even notice until my toe got stuck in it. Location was amazing. Very comfortably walkable to just about everything in the North End. And the property overall was great. We appreciated all the walkway and sitting areas. The front desk staff maybe could have given us a better description/understanding of the whole property and what was right there available.
