“The property is really conveniently located right in the heart of Kailua. Restaurants, shops, bars, grocery stores, whatever it is you need, it's right there. It was nicely furnished with everything we needed for our regrettably short stay. The welcome treats were also appreciated! Underground parking was great as it keeps the car out of the hot Hawaiian sun. The only tricky part is finding the entrance to the parking - mapping apps don't always get this right, but it's easy once you know to……

“Wow. What a beautiful, serene escape. It is an older property that could use a few upgrades, but I think that’s part of its charm. Nothing could ever beat falling asleep to sounds of the waves crashing right outside your lanai. I’ve already recommended this place to a few people and would 100% return. ”

“This is my second time staying at this location. The condo was perfect for my week stay. Clean, had everything I needed in the kitchen and for the week (beach chairs, pool floats, yoga mat…) Air conditioning in the unit was appreciated, and bedroom and patio fans were wonderful to stay cool in the evenings. Easy arrival process, received all codes for gates and doors before arrival. And a lovely surprise of island chocolates on the counter :). Main bed very comfortable. Did not use the pull out……

“You can’t beat the location of this unit (top floor). Breathtakingly beautiful view of the ocean just a few paces from the water. Gorgeous sunsets, calming waves, lots of fish and spinning dolphins and other creatures of the sea. We’ve been to Kona Bali Kai twice now, and we’re coming back!”

“The unit & location suited our purpose but lacked a dishwasher, properly functioning AC, little things like coffee filters, a cleaning sponge to properly clean pots & pans, glasses & utensils for 4 people which was the advertised capacity , a warning sign at the entry light switch turns off the internet modem as well as only 1 lamp in the living room, kitchen utensils that were actually functional rather than becoming wet noodles when you tried to use them, a citrus juicer”
