Clean, nicer and responsive. I made a last-minute reservation. I was concerned at first because I didn’t know how to check in, left a message through the app, and the owner/manager replied right away and sent me all the info. It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, but make sure to place the order at least the night before using the form or QR code in the room so they can prepare it for you. I will go there again.

Overall, I would give my stay a 6/10. When you first walk into the hotel, the lobby is very nice and the overall aesthetics give a great first impression. The breakfast was definitely one of the highlights—there was a nice selection and the food was really good. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of my room. There was quite a bit of hair in different areas, which made me feel like the room could have been cleaned much more thoroughly before we checked in. Some things in the room also felt a little dated. I also think adding streaming options or smart TVs would be a great upgrade for guests. Our first night was also extremely scary because the fire alarm went off after a guest caused smoke to fill the second floor. I completely understand that this was outside of the hotel’s control, so I do not hold the hotel responsible for the incident itself. However, I had my disabled mother and my son on the fifth floor, and trying to safely evacuate them was extremely difficult and frightening. It was an experience I will never forget. Overall, there were definitely some positives—the lobby was beautiful and the breakfast was great—but the room cleanliness and some needed updates are the main reasons I would rate my stay a 6 out of 10.

The hotel and staff were very nice, however in the parking lot across the street there was some kind of street party, and there was loud music coming from some of the cars until around 3 am. We called the front desk around 12:30 am to cpmplain and the lady said she would call the police to complain, but the music continued. This was on a Saturday night, so the hotel is probably peaceful on weeknights.

While it is an economical Choice so expect simple, the staff helped me out greatly with extending my stay during a crazy busy period as well as the rooms were very clean so that’s all I cared about simple and clean!
