Everything was fine for our one night layover. It was a good place to lay our head down and rest. The only drawback for me was no microwaves in the individual rooms.
You have to warm your food in the microwave in the lobby and we had to wait over 30mins cause a family was apparently cooking there dinner in it.

It was like we had the whole place to ourselves! The hotel was definitely the highlight to our stay in Roanoke. My kids loved the refreshments. The hotel was beautiful, the bed & furniture were amazing and so comfortable. We did not have bedding the first night we were there for the pullout, not that my teenager cared, but we found someone doing housekeeping the following day and he was so nice and got it immediately.
