Very good stay. Room was clean and front desk staff were extremely helpful. Breakfast was decent, though seating was limited. Sometimes, staff struggled to keep basic items like bread on the line. Pool was amazing, very clean and actually seemed heated, as claimed.

It was like we had the whole place to ourselves! The hotel was definitely the highlight to our stay in Roanoke. My kids loved the refreshments. The hotel was beautiful, the bed & furniture were amazing and so comfortable. We did not have bedding the first night we were there for the pullout, not that my teenager cared, but we found someone doing housekeeping the following day and he was so nice and got it immediately.
