Extremely slow check in process. Staff didn’t know how to check us in with a dog! Building is outdated and in poor condition. Breakfast was mediocre. Refrigerator in the room wasn’t working. Most of the food I put in there at night was spoiled the next morning. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone!

I Had To Pay Again!!!! I called and spoke to a lady named Julie around 3pm Saturday, January 3rd. I explained to her that I would not be able make it on time there to check in that day. I explained that I would not arrive until the next morning around 6am. She told me it was fine and she would make a note of it. When I arrived that morning the clerk told be that since I didn’t check in that the reservation was auto deleted and they had no records of the reservation and that I paid in full already. He said that Julie has only worked there for a month and didn’t know the policy. I’m still had to pay twice!!!

Found a roach on the counter top in bathroom and the second night a roach in the bath tub. Ceiling tiles falling out of the ceiling over the pop machines. Broken coffee machine in breakfast area x 2 days. Actually deserves a o star. On our return trip we stayed in Athens. Ala. at Sleep Inn.

I checked in late and service was fast and friendly. The hotel itself can use some upgrades. It's showing wear and tear. The showers were concerning. It looked like lots of hard water rust type stains on the walls. Glad I just slept and didn't have to shower. I felt like I would have needed a shower because of the shower and not because house keeping didn't do a good job, but because the property is dated.
