A seasonal stream runs along the property edge of this hidden gem. As you enter the front door a roomy living awaits with vaulted ceilings & a cozy fireplace. Windows frame the inviting lot offering privacy & space. The dining area connects the living and kitchen creating an open & easy floor plan. Patio sliders are leading from the dining/kitchen area to an oversized outdoor deck perfect for outdoor entertaining & simply hanging out with a good book on a lazy hazy day. A perfect family home close to town with space for roaming & enjoying nature. Limited mobility–friendly. Four exterior concrete steps. Not wheelchair accessible or ADA-compliant. PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING: Streaming services are available, but guests must log in using their accounts. This vacation rental is equipped with air-conditioning. \-Cancellations: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund, with a $150.00 cancellation charge. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund, plus a $150.00 cancellation charge. No Cancellations are Allowed for November, December, and January. \- Pets: We do allow dogs, however, please note that there is a fee of $35 per dog per night. If you plan to bring more than one dog, you must obtain prior approval and additional fees may apply. When booking through selected third-party sites such as Airbnb, once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a payment request for the dog fee, which should be paid separately. Check-in instructions: On your arrival day, the reserving guest will receive a text with check-in instructions between 3:30 and 4:00 PM. Please stop by our office to retrieve your key from the lockbox. Parking: Free parking is available for 3 vehicles (Seasonal Restrictions Apply; chains are recommended in winter, and 4X4 is HIGHLY Recommended). \- Outdoor lighting: Please note that outdoor lighting must comply with Riverside County regulations and must not blink, flash, or rotate. Guests will be held liable for any "light trespass" on surrounding properties. \- County permit number: 001674 \- Rental agreement: Please review our rental agreement for our house rules. You will receive an emailed version to sign, but if you prefer other options, please inquire. \- Age restrictions: Due to the new County of Ordinance 927.2: We no longer accept reservations for anyone under 21 years of age. \- Seasonal wood delivery: If available, there is a $25 fee per bundle (approximately 20 pieces). Please provide at least 5 days' notice for a Friday arrival date or at least 3 days' notice for any other day of the week. Please note that there are no refunds for this service. \- Confirmation: Upon booking this property through Airbnb, New Spirit Vacation Homes will send you a direct email confirming your reservation. Attached to this confirmation will be a contract you need to review, sign, and send back within 24 hours. \- Incidentals: We reserve the right to request payment for any incidentals. Well other then the coyotes howling for about 3 minutes each night. That was rather fun. This was a family of four adults, Dad, two daughters, and the husband of one of the daughters.Pros: The large living room and dining room area being inviting. This was the reason we rented this cabin so the family could sit and talk.Three separate bedrooms. Sure one of the adults slept in the bunkbed room but they liked it.Two full baths were very nice.Nice walking distance into town.Very nice and large deck to spend time on.Cons:The drive way is dirt and narrow, so you have to back out most cars. But it is long so you can get multiple cars in the drive way.A lot of the light switches didn’t do anything. So, you had to turn lamps on using the knobs. Lots of DVDs and Blu-Ray discs but no player. But it is a smart TV, so you can just sign in to your streaming service. We never even turned the TV on.Later than normal check in time.As a family retreat this cabin is great.
