“They have changed us to another Ilord Best Western hotel when we checked in due to the maintenance of our room. It was too sudden and didn't inform us in advance. I was frustrated at first because we were worried that the other hotel won't be closer than the original one. Luckily, this is closer to the Ilford station as well. So, I didn't think I should complain about it even the hotel hasn't given us prior notice. It's still a good choice if you have tight budget.”

“Overall clean, new or renovated apartment, comfortable bed/pillows, nicely decorated room, nice bathroom. A cool bathroom mirror. No screens on the windows so we couldn't keep it open and enjoy the cool breeze from the attic because bugs were coming in. Hard to figure out wifi password. The main challenge we faced was we didn't get the check-in details in time. I had to message the host 3 times before they gave any check-in info, which by the way was to *call* their local number... “The property was as advertised, and it really is close to Gants Hill tube station which made getting to the Olympic Stadium really easy. Varun was on hand to greet us and give us check in details for getting into the property. He had also left some items so we could have a breafast in the morning (although we only realised this after going to the local shop - but that's on us for not reading the info pack :) ) The property was clean and tidy, and it was great to be able to park there……
