The staff there are amazing and I found it very decent for the price. The breakfast is very good, although the options are not that much. However it’s a really good value for money. Plus the location is very good, about 3-5 mins walk from the Elizabeth line which connects you to Central London. I loved my stay and would definitely stay again.

The property itself was nice but there was very limited parking, a musty smell from the drains in the bathroom and also there was a £100 holding deposit charge that was not mentioned when booking which was a bit of a shock

⭐ If I could give 0 stars, I would. Do not book this hotel. The staff are rude and completely unhelpful. I booked through Expedia and selected the pay at the hotel option, as I planned to use a company credit card for payment while working in the area. Within 30 minutes of booking, I noticed a pending charge of £53.10 on my account. Nearly two hours later, another pending charge for the same amount appeared — as I had booked two rooms. I contacted the hotel immediately and was assured the pending payments would be released on the day I checked out. On arrival, I was told the same thing again. Things went downhill quickly from there. • The first room key I was given led to a room still being cleaned. • The second key was for a room that already had someone else’s belongings in it. • The third and final room was so small that a double bed had clearly been crammed into what used to be a single room — the TV was even fixed to a wall facing away from the bed! To make matters worse, many of the residents appeared to be long-term lodgers. The noise was unbearable: shouting, arguing, and even someone screaming down the phone to the DWP about their money. This went on until around 1 a.m., only stopping when they either passed out or finally fell asleep. Just when I thought it couldn’t get worse, the toilet macerator kept switching on randomly throughout the night, making it impossible to rest properly. My flight had delayed many hours, my friend whom i was meeting me there got there before me. They would not let her in the room, she had to sit in the waiting area until i got there almost 5 pm in the evening.she got there before 11am. I know that there checking in time is 2pm. Even after that they refused to let her in. when i got there they demanded a debit card for payment of one hundred pounds deposit. I didn't have a debit card i offered to pay the deposit with my credit card they refused. I try paying them 100 pounds in cash they refused it. The manager their was very mean and yelled at the staff when she try talking to him about the matter concerning my paying this deposit that they were requesting. The manager was only willing to accept my credit card payment after i had called Expedia concerning this matter. only after Expedia had to call the Best Western then and only then he spoke to me directly about the possibility of me having to pay with my credit card. I would never stay there again neither would i recommend it to anyone. I chose the place because it was close to the event i was attending. I truly regret booking and staying at that hotel. NEVER AGAIN WOULD I EVEN LOOK AT A BEST WESTERN HOTEL TO STAY WHEN I AM TRAVELING.

This hotel was dirty poo in toilet scum on taps unfriendly staff, lots of migrants walking around with takeaway cartons and lounging in reception, felt very intimidated and uncomfortable my friends anxiety hit the roof as we felt very unsafe, checked straight back out and booked another hotel

I stayed in room 27 for the first two days then moved to room 24. I told the reception staff that there was a insect infestation problem in the shower unit of room 27 on 5/10/22 before I left for the day. When I returned I was told the unit had been sprayed and the electrical socket which was not working had also been repaired. I again reported there were insects in the shower and a receptionist took a not very clear video of the creature. For my last night at the hotel I was in room 24 there was no issue with that room that I found.

Checked in, reception area dirty, my room was in seperate building across the road. When i found my room (At basement level) there was barely any natyral daylight, it was terribly dates, and my neighbours were smoking weed with their door open. I reported this to the hotel and told them.i wakted to check out, i had checked in 5 minutes earlier. They offered me another room but i dodnt feel.comfortable staying. The room wasnt used at all. They refused a refund! Stating as i had checked in they dodnt have to refund me. Shambolic, horrible area, dirty. Do not stay!!!

I booked standard doubleroom on expedia but i was given a small double room and after complaining i was told that i booked small room and i even showed them my booking details but lady at reception called ‘Anna’ just shrugged her shoulders, they gave us bit better room after complaining but it was very hot day and room was boiling and I requested a fan and i was told that they do have fans available and they will send it to our room after few hours of waiting and sitting in hot room i went to reception just tofind out that they don’t have any fans left, i had to go out to buy 1 for myself, awful customer service and not helpful staff

I am totally disappointed with the service given in this place. Its the worst I have ever received. Paid over £110 arrived at 9pm for 1 night stay and was told if I don't pay a deposit I can't stay. Room was so small they told me that's all the have. I challenged it and said thats not what I paid for. The change it to another and I just got fed up can't be asked . Next day can u do my refund. It will come in 3 days. Till now my refund is not back. Its pending on my credit card as they won't claim it nor refund it. Its a total shamble never again. I want a refund back and my deposit back

Henkilökunta oli super ystävällistä! ❤️Sisäänkirjautuminen oli sujuvaa, huone juuri sopiva meille, siisti ja mukava sänky. Ainut mitä olisi kaivattu: pieni jääkaappi johon olisi saanut eväitä kylmään. Seinien läpi kuului äänet kadulta ja muista huoneista, mutta koska nukutaan korvatulpilla, se ei meitå haitannut. Kaksi peittoa olisi ollut meille mukavampi kuin 1 mutta meni se näinkin🤗

Saubere Unterkunft mit netten Personal. Subwaystation um die Ecke, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ein paar wenige Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Frühstück leider nur kalt in einer Papiertüte zur Abholung an der Rezeption. Aber alles in allem trotzdem top, man muss ja auch den Preis berücksichtigen. Würde für einen Aufenthalt bei London hier sicher wieder Station machen.
