“Overall I would describe this property as ok...didn't exceed or overly disappoint. Was some cleanliness issues like spider webs inside in multiple places leading to a spider dropping from the vaulted ceiling onto my mother's head. Which most in the group found funny but she didn't. The beds weren't as comfortable as I would expect from a premium location. 3 of the 4 bedrooms are below grade which caused cool evenings/ mornings in spring months. We were not able to find extra blankets or bedding……

We communicated several times with the manager that we never received parking passes. We were told each day that they 'were on the way', but we never received them. 2. “Our Mother/Daughter trip was so fun and we enjoyed relaxing on the patio with coffee in the mornings and a cold beverage in the evening. The little trails behind the property with the flowing water was peaceful as well. The highlight of our stay was getting to see Bernie from the loft window.”

We rented this condo for my sons wedding at the Hyatt next door. The condo was closer to the ballroom and restaurant than any Hyatt room for sure - it was just perfect for our family. The owners were fabulous to deal with and super responsive. We definitely hope to stay again in the future!”

“We stayed at this home for 4 nights for a family reunion with 4 adult couples. The location is absolutely ideal, in a beautiful part of Incline Village along the 3 mile walking path and next to multimillion dollar homes/mansions. We really enjoyed our stay but I would be remiss if I didn't give some constructive feedback. The home is in real need of some TLC - ice makers don't work, screen door broken, cabinet doors in kitchen are broken/falling off, master shower door has no handle, one shower……
