“My family of 4 enjoyed our stay here. It was not toddler-friendly, but we managed to leave without breaking anything. We loved kayaking on the little lake and enjoyed the short hike. The pool was only slightly heated (during Spring Break) but we got used to the chilly water. The propane grill and hot tub were both awesome. We couldnt get the fire pit to work so we used a lighter to roast marshmallows. Overall I would recommend staying here with kids over 3.”

“We loved Basecamp and plan on returning. We were able to take our pup which was nice and the on and off site water activities were great! I recommend taking your own life jackets if you have the space in case the ones they have are in use. We also liked that there businesses close so you don't want to drive to another town. By the way, the people of Ingram are super sweet which is a rarity these days. We will definately be back!”

“After our original VRBO in Kerrville was unexpectedly canceled just days before our trip, we were so thankful to find this home. It was a little more expensive than our original reservation, but it was worth every penny. The house was beautiful, spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our family getaway. Some of our favorite memories were waking up each morning to baby deer visiting the property and spending our evenings on the patio watching the stars. Those moments alone made……

“The host was very responsive. The house was immaculate and very comfortable. The location was perfect for my event that i was attending. Our standard poodle Ivy loved the back yard. We loved the fact that heat was available as the nights were quite chilly. Sme of the available VRBO homes did not have heat available. I would highly recommend the Kinsleigh House to other potential guests.”
