“The property has a lot of potential as it is located in a beautiful site, however, there are several outdated things that should be fixed/replaced. The place was not very clean at all, it was dusty with dirty floors. The hot tub was working as expected except that it looks like the water had not been treated with the necessary chemicals and it had a foul smell (standing water). “We had an amazing trip to Lake Almanor for Labor Day. We have been staying with friends for years since our kids were little and now they are older and bringing extras so we needed a second house to fit all of us. This house did not disappoint. The house was clean and had everything you could possibly need. The view from the deck was awesome and the boat dock was very convenient.Thank you for renting to us!”
