“Unit itself was great for pets, and host was very gracious about having a furry guest! Dog bowls, towels, and treats were also provided. Place was clean and super comfortable. Only minor downside is that the neighborhood is not very walkable beyond Ash street, stuck in between two main thoroughfares with not much shoulder/sidewalk/trail space. But just a short 5-10 min drive into downtown Mill Valley! (Also great Wi-Fi speeds!)”

“Cute place minutes from the downtown. It is a bit darker inside than the pictures show (large trees shade the property) it is close to some redwoods (very pretty) and it is smack dab in a neighborhood. Over all it was perfect for our 2-day stay. You walk up a slanted driveway to the stairs (on your right) and have to drag luggage up so probably not great for a senior citizen. We probably would not have used the deck as it is shared with other tenants. The only problem we encountered is that we……

“Houseboat was incredible! Trust the GPS directions provided as we arrived later in the afternoon and it was getting dark. If you are not from the area you could get a little lost. Look for the Seaplanes and you are good!! Houseboat is right off the Mill Valley/Sausalito bike path. We rode our e-bikes EVERYWHERE and it was the best. The accommodations are amazing and we were so happy! Highly recommend!!”
