"Fedy, who managed the property was lovely, however the house was rather dirty, dirty fridge, creature droppings, dusty, dirty bathroom, etc. The shower has no hot water. Not many kitchen supplies (only 2 forks, for example)The pump ran on for an unknown reason making a loud screechy noise. It was therefore shut off at 10pm and we were given a bucket of water so we could flush the toilet. "The house has a fantastic view. What was not mentioned is that it is literally 97 steps to get to it. When it rains some of the path way is very muddy. One of the wooden steps is not attached. There are chickens and roosters all around which is entertaining except when the roosters start crowing at 2am. "This was my 60th birthday gift from my husband. What a gift! Clean, quiet, beautiful. My husband couldn't stay out of the water. He snorkeled and found a yellow sea horse hiding in the coral just off the deck. It was a joy to swim, snorkel, relax in the hammock and watch the sea that behaves like a lake. Phillip is a great host; making your stay easy and comfortable. Next time though, I'll take some videos to watch in bed."

"This is a very quiet over-the-water house. It is nicely furnished and decorated. There are water views out every window. It is basically 3 buildings connected with a large deck. Two of the buildings have bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The central building is living/dining/kitchen. Accessible only by 15 minute water taxi ride (i.e. no roads). "It was very nice and very serene. Nice little getaway. The water right outside the porch your private porch is great. If you are looking for peace and quiet this is your place. No TV, no fridge no outlets so I just suggest bring some power banks and you can charge at the front desk. The staff was nice and I believe the owners were there too and were super nice. We also got to see a few dolphins swimming close to our bungalow a couple of times. "

"While there is no beach on site, we had plenty to do. We truly enjoyed nature and the magical jungle within the hotel. This was our second visit and definitely coming back. The restaurant, is the only downer, very expensive, very limited choices and they bring you all the food at the same time, though we explained that we want this first that that later, the excuse was, kitchen prepares it this way and we have to bring it .... Now the SPA personnel are amazing, friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating they go out of their way to accommodate your needs. "

Having traveled all over the world—including the Maldives, which we thought would be impossible to beat—we can now say with confidence this is our number one destination. The service and food were by far the best we have ever had in our lives. The property is spotless, stunning, and so peaceful that it instantly puts you at ease. On the day of our anniversary, the staff went above and beyond to make it truly unforgettable, and we will cherish those memories forever. The dolphin sunset tour is an absolute must—it was magical and one of the highlights of our trip. We loved our stay so much that I actually cried when it was time to leave. We’re already looking forward to returning for our 11th anniversary. If you’re looking for a once-in-a-lifetime experience, this is the place."

The staff were attentive, professional, and genuinely eager to make things right. They went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and well taken care of, which made all the difference. Despite the hiccup, I left with a very positive impression and would happily stay here again. The hotel is in a great location and the beach club is really nice!
