Beach was fantastic we didn't use the pool hotel is older but rooms and staff were excellent. We paid for the food for one evening dinner, food was ok, lots of restaurants close by which have better value for you euro. Great location.

A great find

The check in was a disaster. I was early and they wouldn't let me in, then they lost my booking. I had to sit in reception for 45 minutes while they sorted it out. BUT, they were all incredibly friendly and embarrassed about it.

Property is beautiful. It's a very quiet area so not much to do but relax. We were staying for 6 nights so we had to upgrade to a seaview. 18 euros a night.

muy cómodo, algunos detallitos como el extractor del baño..., pero el resto estupendo. Las instalaciones del desayuno impresionantes, pero esperaba un desayuno mejor..., es muy normalillo. La ubicación no puede ser mejor. Todo a pie. Acceso a playa, etc.

Limpeza deixa muito a desejar, espaços barulhentos

Depois de receber o email tentamos várias vezes fazer o check In acessa do o link várias vezes sem sucesso. Enviamos mensagem sem resposta o que nos deixou inseguros. Qdo chegakos houve dificuldade se acharem a reserva. Reservei dois quartos pagando por uma pessoa quase o mesmo valor de um casal. Nossa saga já iniciou ai. No banheiro a água vazava para o lado de fora do box. A geladeira estava vazando água,descongelando. A cortina estava fora de um lugar dificultando seu fechamento. A porta para a varanda não travava e a varanda suja não foi limpa nos 04 dias que ficamos lá. Tampouco o quarto e banheiro foram limpos. O telefone não funcionava, mudo. Tiraram o tapetinho do banho e não o repuseram. O cofre não funcionava. Para completar, sumiram com a parte de cima do pijama do meu marido. Reclamando na recepção as simples respostas de que iam resolver na medida do possivel não nos satisfez. O pijama apareceu no dia seguinte mas, pasmem, nem foi lavado e estava com um cheiro horrível. As tolhas não foram trocadas apesar de pedir. O sabão para banho e mãos precisamos pedir 02 vezes. O café é barulhento demais com xícaras e pratos batendo e gritaria do gerente para disposição de mesas para atenuar a fila. Os empregados correm desesperados para limpar as mesas. Traz um sentimento de agonia. Na piscina para animação. Para quem quer paz,não aconselho. O que é legal é que um hotel inclusivo com muitas pessoas com deficiência sendo a piscina adequada para seu acesso. Tivemos azar

Un buen macro hotel, los precios no están mal y los servicios tampoco. El equipo de animación es fantástico, super simpático, con actividades super divertidas y te convencen fácil apuntarte con la familia. Un muy buen hotel para descansar y divertirse, solo sentí un poco de frieza de parte de lá recepción y algunos bartenders. Creo que un hotel así aún más con participación de la once con unas infraestructuras increíbles, deberían ser un poco más acogedor. También no tiene sentido que el gimnasio solo abra a las 10am, lo lógico es que la gente vaya antes de desayunar. Después de haber estado en 3 hoteles de está cadena, son buenos hoteles a precios muy asequibles.

La habitación es pequeña. Lo de vistas al mar es un decir, si no te dan unos prismáticos. El baño está bastante estropeado y dejado de la mano de dios.

We visited in October , hotel was quite and surrounding areas were shut down as it was out of season, we ate at hotel which was only option at this time of year, big hotel good facilities with helpful staff, it is positioned on a promenade that is 3-4 km with a huge sandy beach, I would imagine gets busy in the high season , whole resort looks to be only 15-20 years old,

Hôtel très pratique

Hôtel très bien situé sur la plage avec une grande piscine extérieur et une petite piscine intérieure (bonnet de bain obligatoire)promenade bord de mer très agréable jusqu’à des restaurants .
