“We had a memorable experience at the cottage by the sea. The cottage was cute and cozy. The fireplace is so nice and keeps the whole home warm. The views were what blew me away with this place. We spent the majority of our time on the back deck whale watching. It was just beautiful and we didn’t want to leave. The host and her daughter were unbelievably friendly and welcoming. They made us delicious dinner and the daughter even gifted me an orca bag because I expressed how much I love orcas. It...

“Great property, close to downtown. Only recommendation is to align the checkout chores found in the house with those Vacasa sends. We consolidated and did them all.”

“Space was clean and plenty of room for myself, my husband and toddler son to sleep and spend time. Sandra and her granddaughter gave my son and me a tour of the beautiful grounds and were extremely friendly and helpful. Close to downtown and very convenient for visit to Deception Pass. It was a little crowded for our family of 4 with our 2 small dogs, but the furnishings were very comfortable, the home was very clean, great location for everything we wanted to do while we were there- golf, ferry to Orcas Island, whale-watching (saw a whole family of Orcas!), walking distance to great restaurants, and in a nice quiet neighborhood.
