“We had a really great time at The Pearl on Marsh Island. i loved the location...the view was so beautiful. The place itself was very clean and cutely decorated. we loved the octopus on the bathroom wall!!! I also loved dealing With Seaside Vacations through the process of booking and staying there. very quick to respond and very friendly. ”

“We stayed at this property for 3 nights. It was perfect for a weekend getaway for a couple located within 10-15 minutes of all the popular spots on the island. The space was fairly small but it met our needs and has a nice waterfront porch. The listing mentioned there was laundry on site but it was not in the unit and I didn’t see any information given about where it was, but this wasn’t a problem for us. I’m sure if we asked, the representative would’ve told us how to access it if we had...

“Had a wonderful time. Sorry to say I lost my watch there and could never find it, plus I left some Kerug coffee pot parts on the kitchen counter so had to purchase a new pot when I arrived home. Only issue- was another visitor with a child that "jumped" and "bumped" half the night.The maid was the best! Buy-to add-the mattress was way past replacement.”

“The property is just the right size if you're looking to get away on your own or with a significant other. It's a cozy space that's decorated tastefully. “This condo had lots of room and was a cozy space for the two of us. There were two outdoor spaces to enjoy although neither had overhangs for sun or rain protection. The location was great and easy walking distance to the charming downtown. We were upstairs and the only entrance was through the back so we did not have access to the engaging front of the house. “Our stay at Wonderview was lovely. The condo was very comfortable and nicely decorated and the views were amazing! The private deck was spacious and we enjoyed watching the birds feed in the morning as well as watching the lighthouse “come to life” in the evening. We will definitely return to Wonderview!”

“This condo afforded us a really comfortable stay - nice sized bedrooms, great space for watching tv together & eating together. We really enjoyed the outdoor space as well. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. We thoroughly felt at home. ”

“We had an absolutely wonderful six day getaway. Traveling off-season is great. We had the beach to ourselves and we always had a Waterview from our. Great listing!”

“Very clean, extremely quiet, well equipped with full oven, toaster, coffee maker, fridge and dishes. Beautiful marsh behind building with lots of bird activity. A little stinky, but a natural kind of sulphur smell. Restaurants, amenities, food trucks near by. We rented the unit that had a connecting door to an identical room and it worked out perfectly for my friend and I. ”

“My husband and I rented the condo for a week. The place is quite spacious. It was very clean. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. It was pretty well stocked with anything we could have needed. The sunset from the back porch was nothing short of phenomenal! We watched a few coast guard training drills in the channel while relaxing on the back deck. We will definitely recommend this condo as a premier place to stay on the island.”

“Well-appointed and comfortable, in a spot that's convenient to all the island offers. Only complaint was that units around us were being renovated and it was noisy. One comment to MGMT fixed that.”

“Well we can get in the door. There were several electronic issues stove breakers light switch door but other than that everything seems to be fine so I would definitely book again but I am really sorry I had to call the maintenance man about four times but yeah we all enjoyed her stay”
