Apartment was spotless and very comfortable we would definitely recommend this accomodation and would stay again ourselves. Communication with the staff was easy and they were very responsive and also very helpful.
The apartment was also equipped well and had lovely Ritual toiletries, fluffy towels and a fully equipped kitchen.
Cosy and warm in the wintry weather. The location of the apartments is excellent, near to fabulous restaurants and bars and great for sightseeing.

Staying in the same place for the last couple of years total maybe 10 times, last 3 times I’ve stayed in, cleaning has definitely massively dropped. You find hairs in the shower, dirty table tops with coffee stains etc, someone’s used contact lenses, plates, mugs everything sticky and dirty. I’ve tried returning so many times now but I might just be looking into new hotel around Belfast

Very nice hotel, clean and with character. There was issues with the city water during our stay, nothing the hotel could do but they were very accommodating. Also, the bar had great live music.

We had a fantastic stay staff were friendly and very welcoming and helpful food and drink options were great as a good variety was offered food was delicious The rooms were clean modern and super comfortable And a big plus was location everything was very easy accessible

Decor was fab in the main reception and sitting areas. Breakfast was not exciting and not an extensive choice. Staff were nice enough. Room had one single and one double which was not ideal for 2 having to argue over the big bed! Couldn’t see the plug near to kettle so had to move it elsewhere where ...
