The property no was misleading. The air conditioner wasn't cooling well and the television kept going out and needing to be reset. The pool closes at 5pm everyday which was a big inconvenience. Trying to get a live front desk agent on the phone is hard to do and if you go to the desk. The line is long and only 1 or 2 people working.

TI offered express check-in but we had issues with checking in for both rooms. Also had issues checking out using the TV checkout process so we still ended up using the front lobby to check out. Other than that, our stay was fine.
