Beautiful location and the staff was super helpful. There was no refrigerator in our room but we asked about it at the desk and then they brought us one! Beds were super comfy. Breakfast was good and free parking across the street for customers of the Inn. Would definitely stay there again!

The Inn is so unique and quaint. It has nice rooms, the staff were helpful , parking convenient and breakfast was satisfying. If you are a coffee lover bring your own . And n my opinion, if didn’t match the rest of the experience.

Concierge was very helpful and upgraded our stay to a separate unit down by the water with a terrific view. I was unable to do the stairs and there are no main floor rooms on the first floor. There is also no elevator. Giving us a beautiful room on the grounds behind the hotel right by the water was a just what we needed. The complimentary breakfast was from the regular menu ,another pleasant surprise. Parking was right outside our room and the hotel is only a short walk to our cruise ship. Great stay and very happy with everthing.

We loved staying at the Gananoque Inn. The staff were wonderful and very kind. The room was clean and well appointed. We had breakfast at the hotel both days, and although tasty, we found the portions were smaller. The breakfasts were complementary with our stay, but if paying was an option it would have been too expensive for what you got.

Room was spotless, all the staff were great and helpful. Location was perfect and could walk back after our evening on King Street. Breakfast was ok but could have been more hot, the butter on toast wouldnt melt and the potatoes were luke warm. It tasted fine though! Would go back without hesitation

Booked through Expedia which promoted that bathrobes were included with a king room so didn’t pack one . Only to find out that is old news and applies only to king suites now. Staff accommodated us for an earlier check in which was great! Breakfast was delicious and serving staff were very friendly and exceptional customer service with the gentleman in the am around 8. I’m sorry but forgot his name 😔 When we were in our room a staff member just walked in without knocking which was concerning . He explained himself but we could have been in a compromising state . Also, despite us setting the air conditioner to 19 degrees … it still stayed relatively warm in the room especially to sleep at night. Location was beautiful tho as right by the waterfront

Spacious and clean rooms, good staff, ample parking. Poor breakfast. No breakfast buffet. Portions were small and coffee mugs had stains. Don’t expect good breakfast here. Use the rooms and have breakfast elsewhere.
This is the western omelette. There are few options like this to select and that’s all you get.

J'ai adoré l'établissement, très bel endroit. Très bien décoré avec de beaux meubles antiques. La chambre était propre et le lit confortable. J'ai bien aimé la salle à manger avec les grandes fenêtres vue sur l'eau. J'ai apprécié le déjeuner simple mais inclus. stationnement facile. Liked our lake view room with its own private entrance and having the car parked next to it. The room was missing water for the coffee. Not sure if that was just a miss by the cleaning staff or just not provided in the stay.
