The Inn was beautiful! The rustic charm was really nice to see. A few some issues but the staff corrected them very quickly. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Would stay there again!!
Ideal location to attend events at the 1000 Island playhouse, walk the harbour front, or walk to downtown. The included breakfast was good too. Will definitely go there again.
Stayed with my family. Sat by the water enjoyed the sunset. Staff are really incredible at accommodating you in your stay. Overall a wonderful experience you cannot mess with that location. It’s so good.
Location was excellent. Be aware that there are stairs and no elevator in the main Inn,
Breakfast was made to order as opposed to a self serve offering.
The property has a beautiful view of the lake. could be updated and better kept.

Liked: Staff & service
The properties location is a definite plus. Staff were friendly and polite.
Food was mediocre at best and not much selection.
Overall, not worth the money I paid.
Overall, satisfied with my stay. It was only for one night, there were no major issues. The hotel was in a perfect location for attending shows at the playhouse. I left the car at the hotel and walk over to the playhouse which was less than 5 minutes away.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The view from the balcony was excellent. But the restaurant, food and service fascilities were less than mediocre.
Beautiful location and the staff was super helpful. There was no refrigerator in our room but we asked about it at the desk and then they brought us one! Beds were super comfy. Breakfast was good and free parking across the street for customers of the Inn. Would definitely stay there again!
Friendly staff, clean room with updated bathroom and walk in shower.
Air conditioning is controlled in the room.
Note: there are no elevators so so need to climb stairs for upper rooms.
Breakfast was included in our stay and was fine but with a limited menu.
The pub had okay food but closed early so not able to have a drink when returning from an evening outing.
The Inn is so unique and quaint. It has nice rooms, the staff were helpful , parking convenient and breakfast was satisfying.
If you are a coffee lover bring your own . And n my opinion, if didn’t match the rest of the experience.
The location of this hotel is spectacular. The food and service were good but not excellent. The rooms need renovations. A la carte breakfast was included which was nice. The staff were very helpful.
Even early in the season, the hotel was clean and neat and full of wonderful views of Lake Ontario. The staff was attentive to anything that needed to be rectified and would happily book here again.
