"Our grandson is being transferred to Jacksonville. We wanted to make an advance trip with him to find a home to buy. This home had easy access for that purpose. Food Lion was close by for any groceries we needed. The kitchen was nicely supplied with all we needed for our cooking needs. It was nice to have a washer and drier for convenience of washing clothes while cooking dinner and reviewing the houses we saw that day. "Great fit for us. Out of the way. Beach and sun. Easy no fuss The condo was a nice set up. Basic, older, clean, easy to settle into. The balony was fantastic. We would return"

"Perfect location, walk out to the beach. Building was noisy on the weekend when other units were rented. Some of the furniture (outside) and utensils was needing repair/replacement. Amenities says kayak/canoe - reached out to owner to determine if this was the rental across the street but they never replied. Lots (too many) automated emails upon booking, but owner did not respond to my emails."
