Lied to by the Vacasa local team
I’ve already contacted you about this day. I had requested a late check out prior to making my reservation and after it was accepted, I assumed that my late would be honored. I have a conference that I was attending that didn’t end till noon and needed a 1230 check out. I also had a Pet with me actually a service animal. And I needed to leave them in the room during the conference. I contacted the local Vacasa team to make sure that they knew about the late checkout, that’s when I was contacted by their support who argued with me, miscommunicated with me, lied about contacting you directly, and also the person texting me told me that you could contact their general manager, who is actually the person who was texting me. It was all very odd. I actually had to leave the conference early because they did not give me a late check out and I had nothing I could do with my dog. I will be seeking a full reimbursement my day yesterday was ruined and I had to leave the conference early.
