"The staff was couterous and professional. The general manager was in the dining room and went out of his way to talk to the guest and to make sure their stay was satisfactory. The cleaning staff did an excellent job of keeping the room clean and well stocked. I am always grateful to have breakfast included in the hotel rate. The food was good-you cant expect fine dining, but it was plentiful and had a variety choices. The staff in the dining room, kept everything well stocked. One the last day of my stay, the breakfast was the best. The potatoes, eggs, and sausage were cooked very well. The room was a little too warm for me but I guess thats better than being too cold. I would have liked some type of soap dish for the bar soap on the sink. The room is small but for me & spouse it was okay, can't image more than 2 adults in a room. The bed was comfortable and the linen was clean. It was a great location for us because it was close to our daughters house so we could walk it to her apt. I would stay there again. "

"I had a great stay at the AC Hotel by Marriott New York Downtown. The location is perfect, close to the waterfront and within easy reach of restaurants, shops and subway stations. The room was modern, clean, and well-designed with all the essentials. Staff were professional and friendly, always ready to help with local tips. The overall atmosphere was calm and comfortable. Definitely a great choice for both business and leisure travel."

"I love the vibe of the hotel. The location is awesome and the public spaces are so nice. I do wish to rooms had their own mini bars, but I get that it forces you to leave your room for a snack or a drink which is probably the point. "

"Overall nice place to stay, breakfast was alright and pretty pricey for the type an quality of food. The elevators are not necessarily their fault but waiting a very long time in the evenings to simply go up or down the elevator due to the small size and number of units available"
