"What a cute place! It’s a gem. Breakfast was tasty. The room was so comfortable- we didn’t want to leave. We borrowed bikes and rode to the beach and around the area. Good restaurants nearby too. Highly recommend!"

We stayed in the Sunrise room for our 40th anniversary and had wonderful views of the sunrise each morning we were there. "Beautiful hotel. Very modern and clean. You can tell it's not that old. Staff were friendly overall. I'd stay again if I'm ever in the area. The only thing I would say is that it's odd they don't have microwaves in the rooms there. That's a first world problem, but worth pointing out if people don't want to keep going downstairs to use one."

"It has taken me a few days to write this review because I just cannot find the words to describe how wonderful this house and the property owners were for our stay. The property owners were always quick to respond to my questions and were very helpful in anyway they could be to help make our stay the best it could be. The house is beautiful, extremely well stocked and accommodated our family gathering of 10 with room for more, if needed. We even brought my parents dog, and there was plenty of room for her. The pool was an additional bonus, especially during the Florida summer. We were there celebrating my parents 50th wedding anniversary and for my great nephew’s baseball tournament and it was so nice to return back to the house at the end of the day and it felt like home. We were all so comfortable there and speaking of comfortable. I cannot tell you how amazingly comfortable the beds were. The owners have thought of everything to make sure that their home felt like you’re home. They even provided recommendations to great restaurants, one was Melbourne Seafood Station, they have by far, the best fresh seafood we have ever had in the price was very affordable. The house is just a few minutes from the beach, but not in a busy tourist area. The community is nice, quiet and relaxing, besides backing up to a golf course for any golf lovers. I have already started recommending this house to my friends and family, and we will be sure to stay again. Thank you for the great memories."

"I recently stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely wonderful experience. It was a one-bedroom room that was spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with all the modern amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going out of their way to make sure everything was perfect—from check-in to recommendations for local attractions. The location was ideal, right off I-95 with easy access to shops and restaurants. Breakfast was available with my hotel stay. "

"We stayed here for over a month while my house was being renovated. Communication with the owners was wonderful. I had to stay an extra week and the owner was totally fine with it and he came out to fix the screen that was broken. It was comfortable and cool. We enjoyed sitting out back the most. There were some issues with pool cleanliness but informed the owner and the pool company was out a few days later. Overall, it was a good "
