“The staff was super friendly and helpful. I asked for a room that faced Lookout Mountain. They gave me exactly what I asked for unfortunately, due to the humity the windows were fogged up quite a bit and it was hard to see out very well. That being said, due to the location, the parking lot has a great view of lookout mountain. It was funny how everyone just arrived and would stand out in the parking lot to enjoy the view. “My tub/shower had mold in the grout and the floors in the room were not completely clean, The hallway and elevator carpets are pretty grimey. The room is super dark as well. Only one overhead light...over the microwave and fridge. They should consider adding pot lights to living room and hallway and bedrooms. The proerty is just a little tired-looking. “The cabin overall was ok, the location is excellent though. Reasonably close to major hiking areas and state parks as well as Chattanooga. The cabin is well designed but I felt that esthetics are higher valued than functionality. We stayed for a week as a family of 4 and noticed there are not enough or big enough pots and pans to make basic meals, no hangers or wall hooks of any sort to provide space for clothing and no storage for any luggage pieces.
