"Hotel heeft ons overboekt, 2 dagen voor wij aankwamen is onze villa met 5 slaapkamers en een zwembad gewoon aan iemand anders verkocht. Terwijl wij al 7 maanden daarvoor geboekt en betaald hadden. Heel slecht afgehandeld ook door het hotel! Maar daar ga ik maar niet op door. Uiteindelijk super opgelost door Expedia met behulp van onze eigen reisadviseuse"

"We had a good time in Balangan abd stayed two nights at the Aman Gati Hotel. Although overall the place is very nice, the service provided was very bad or non existent. First when I called the hotel 1 day before arrival they couldn’t find our reservation and they asked to resend the confirmation email which I did send to the email they told me. "Die Bungalows sind in einem sehr schönen, gut gepflegt im Garten gelegen und haben fast alle Blick auf den Pool. Sie sind geräumig und das Bett ist sehr gut und mit einem Moskitonetz versehen. Es war für uns ohne Probleme möglich, von dem gebuchten Zimmer ohne air con auf eines mit air con upzugraden. Allerdings gegen entsprechenden Aufpreis. Und der war sehr viel höher, als die Preisdifferenz bei Expedia. Die Klimaanlage hat dann auch leider nicht so gut funktioniert, wie wir uns das gewünscht...

"Amazing staff, beautifully landscaped grounds, fantastic beachfront location (with chairs and loungers reserved for resort guests). Resort pool is large, deep, warm, and well served by bar staff. Food, especially the seafood, was excellent and well presented. The pisang goreng is a must have! Pool villa was spacious and private. "
