"Clean room, good beds. Staff are very helpful and pleasant. Pet friendly rooms for the expected extra fee. Good airconditioning. I have stayed at other Prestige hotels and the quality and service is consistent. This is a fair priced reliable chain of hotels."

"Definitely not as nice as the pictures. It's pretty much a place to sleep and that's it. I was concerned about the safety of my vehicle in the underground parking due to the type of neighbourhood that the hotel is situated in. They took a $300 damage deposit as well, and I hope I get it back."
