Great location and very spacious condo! Views of the Pacific are second to none! One of my favorite things was to walk to the coffee shop a few doors down and enjoy the coffee on the balcony. Many restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend!!!

The best place in Kona!

We’ve stayed at many places over the years in Kona and this was by far our favorite. From the great communication to all of the little extras like the beach chairs..it had everything we needed. It was very clean and had an amazing view! We’ll definitely be back again.

Ideal place for a small family

Our family loved everything about this stay, from the location to the pool and access to downtown Kona. Our favorite was the view and sunsets we got to experience from the balcony. The property manager was very nice and reached out to make sure everything was going well. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Location and View

We enjoyed staying in this condo. The view was amazing and great for people watching from the Lanai. Being in a central location made it easy to walk around town and go to restaurants without needing to drive. The check-in process was a bit tricky to figure out, but the details we received were accurate. Overall I recommend this property!

Great Location & Property!

Our family has been coming to Kona for many years and have stayed at several units in this building. This is one we’ve come back to multiple times—we love the sound of the ocean from the second floor, the people watching from the lanai, and how quick we can get to street level and go to our favorite places along Ali’i. We are already looking forward to our next trip!

Ocean front, centrally located

Fantastic ocean view and right next to numerous restaurants and shops. 1/2 mile walk to the Pier. All the amenities you could think of. Having a Washer and Dryer was super convenient. We will definitely come back. Out of the owners control, there was some very loud construction going on in the condo above or next to us.

Wonderful

The house was extremely clean, well decorated. No bugs to be seen! The house had a lot of items that may be forgotten. The upgrades that have been made are beautiful! It was nice that they had boogie boards and snorkel gear available to use :)

Perfect getaway!

The condo was VERY clean! This place had SO many supplies from laundry detergent, shaving cream, shampoo and conditioner, etc It was SO sealed up we NEVER heard anything! Bed was great. Literally a closet FULL of beach stuff. The afternoon before we left the OWNER delivered a new table for the lanai. So many extras. It was just PERFECT!! Would LOVE to come back!!

Great location

Our family of five very much enjoyed our stay. The location was great for us as we have teenagers and they loved the energy of the place. If you really want peace and quiet in your vacation rental or if you have young children that are disturbed by traffic noise or loud music from cars then this might not be the place for you. The back bedroom was quiet enough and with the glass doors closed the traffic noise was no problem for sleeping. We loved it for the beautiful view, dolphins frolicking in the distance. Close proximity to restaurants, shopping and live music in the evenings. It was clean and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. We would stay again!

Nice seaside suite

This suite on Ali'i Drive is comfortable, and has a great view of the bay as well as the best seats in town for the 4th of July parade and fireworks. Traffic noise is pretty much non-stop during the day and into the evening, so if you have trouble sleeping better bring earplugs and use the portable fans that are provided to drown out noise. The place was fairly clean, but some of the bed sheets and pillow cases appeared to be stained and should probably be replaced. The building maintains high standards for security, but it comes at a cost: only one set of keys were provided for our party of five and that caused some major inconvenience on several occasions. Contacting the management company after hours was challenging too, but they responded fairly quickly to our emails and texts after a water sensor alarm was somehow triggered in the laundry area. Overall it was a pleasant place to stay but it works best for one or two people, unless they start giving out more keys.

Brought the whole family, my wife and three of our boys aged 22,19 and 17. We had plenty of room and property was as advertised and delivered more.It was well appointed and all beds were comfortable and in top shape, we were all comfortable, even though it was only a one bedroom. The spacious living area and wonderful balcony facing the ocean was just perfect.Location was just perfect. Amazing and top rated restaurants were all wishing 5-10 minute walks, a dedicated parking space alleviated any parking issues within the downtown area.We can’t recommend this property enough. It was a definite home away from home. We’ll be looking to book again when we come back to Kailua Kona.

Stayed here for a week. Great central location. Has parking, which is very convenient when staying in Town. And saves you 35.00-50.00 a day if you stay at hotel.Fully equipped. Like having your own apartment to vacation in.

Good property!Ocean and sunset views are incredible. Only real negatives we would say are that occasionally the overhead views are obstructed by the overhead street wires/cables and the traffic noise on Alii drive. Otherwise a wonderful stay

Excellent location, we had a great stay

The apartment is pretty much exactly as described. Would be hard to find a better location - walking distance to everywhere and the view is amazing. Everything functions OK, might be an idea to count and update the tableware, e.g. I could only find 1 wine glass. Also good to know that there are 'water alarms' on the floor in each bathroom. This is great in preventing accidents... but we had no idea what caused an alarm to go off when my son was showering and some water sprayed on the floor. Found a building manager and all it took was to find the small white box (alarm) and dry it. Pls note that it takes forever to get warm water. Don't be discouraged, it will come and the water pressure is good.
