Split Air Conditioning Units in both the Living Room & the Bedroom! An incredibly rare feature that most units do not have. Beautifully decorated with high end furnishings and art work. Wonderfully Shaded Lanai for Relaxation while able to enjoy the water. Living Room has comfortable pull out sofa that could comfortably sleep 2 additional people.
