This gem is literally a few steps from the Ocean. It faces West, which allows you to see amazing sunsets every evening. Relax watching tropical fish, turtles, dolphins and whales (depending on season) and fall asleep with the soothing sound of the waves! Right next door to Magic Sands Beach, one of the few white sand beaches on the island.

This studio has recently been fully remodeled. This condo is fully equipped to make you feel right at home. It features a brand new full kitchen with dishwasher for your convenience and full size (5 burner) stove in case you want to cook some good food. All the appliances are stainless steel and brand new. Bedroom, dining area and living area also feature new furniture.

This condo now has portable air conditioning, and it features 2 large ceiling fans and large tower fans. if you’d prefer natural air conditioning from the ocean breeze you can open the sliding glass doors by the ocean and the screened in front door so the tradewinds keep you comfy!

Both the Queen size bed and the Queen size sofa bed have very comfortable and brand new memory foam mattresses. The bedside tables have plenty of charging outlets to charge all your devices!

The 43" flat screen TV comes with Spectrum Cable service featuring a bunch of HD channels and also an Apple TV device that will allow you to stream anything from your iPhone, iPad, or Mac. Lightning fast WiFi internet connection at 200+ Mbps.

Beach gear for your use includes: boogie boards, snorkel gear with fins, beach chairs and towels, umbrella and beach cooler with ice packs.

The kitchen is equipped with a Keurig Duo, so you can use K-cups or brew a pot of coffee using coffee grounds.

Unit is conveniently located on the ground floor for easy access which is great since the building does not have an elevator. Amenities include an oceanfront swimming pool, 2 BBQ grills and a patio dining area also in front of the ocean. A free private parking spot is available just a few steps from the front door and a coin-op laundry room located just a few steps away from the unit. (You can pay using an app on your smartphone -- it's super convenient!)

This is one of the best neighborhoods you can stay at in Kona. It's one of the few places with a white sandy beach (seasonal) within walking distance.

It is a great central location far enough from town to not feel crowded but close enough to shops and restaurants.

A great place for snorkeling is a little more than 1 mile away at Kahalu'u Beach Park. Also just 2 miles away you can find Keauhou Shopping Center with its grocery/drug stores and restaurants.

Kona Magic Sands is conveniently located on Alii Drive and it has the Kona Trolley stop right in front of it. This trolley will take you virtually anywhere in town.

Across the street you will be able to rent a Blue City Bike as well.

The best way to get around the island is by renting a car.
