"This is the perfect place if you plan to spend your time in the bar and need the room only for having your baggage there. Otherwise our rooms were very basic, broken down, unfriendly and unequiped. No sound-proofing at all, no door handle, missing light bulbs, sparcely equiped kitchen, broken lamp, permanent flood in the bathroom, power plug out of the wall, one roll of toilet paper per stay, etc... If the room was just ruined by the previous guests - as the manager stated, it shouldn't be...
