There will be a kettle in your room with tea packets. The oven, stovetop, and laundry machine does not work. There is a working fridge. The TV has channels and apps to watch shows/films. If you like to walk, this is the place to be. However, if you do not, take the bus because the city centre is 1.6km. There is no front desk, if you need help you have to go outside and ring the bell to alert the staff. The room was nice and comfy.

I was really taken back by the size of the room (extremely small) but it was clean. The bed however was sunken in in the middle. The toilet roll holder was not fixed and fell off. I had to re-attached it. I locked the bathroom door when I had a shower and really panicked when I couldn't unlock it which wasn't pleasant. The walls are paper thin and I could hear everything eg others walking or using the bathroom. For the cost I thought it was very expensive.

Loved the nice room but walls are paper thin and if you are a light sleeper it would be terrible. Extremely clean and we enjoyed our stay. Laundry was difficult to access because we had to call where it is self check in . Should have had instructions in the room …

We LOVED this hotel! It is unique and beautiful. The room was spacious with a very high ceiling and huge windows, the bed was big and comfy, and the a/c worked pretty well. The bathroom was especially beautiful with an enormous mirror. The staff were so nice and the stay felt luxurious. It was also so wonderful to wander around the hotel, admiring various rooms, the beautiful stairs, and artifacts from H & W. Afternoon tea was wonderful, as were the meals in Drawing Room Two. The location is convenient, being directly across the street from the Titanic museum, and the walk downtown is not to far and rather pleasant. We were sad to leave and would definitely stay here again!
