No hot water and when we arrived (it had clearly been an issue as we heard other guests talk about it) no one mentioned it. Someone from our party went to ask reception and they were very dismissive. Was unsure if had to bring our own bedding but bed was made up for us. Great stay, surprisingly comfy beds for a single bed. Pizzas were stunning and breakfast was great too.

The road outside is a little noisy but the bed is incredibly comfortable. Kitchen facilities are excellent and room has WiFi and Sky TV (although the TV can't be easily seen from the bed). Shower was good - certainly hot enough, and toiletries provided were a nice touch.
