“The room was horrible it was dirty the air half worked, the stove was rusty no way could anyone cook on it.The ceiling tile was filthy and in areas it leaked.There was no daily house keeping,there was huge roaches in the room the sliding door was broken we barley could use the balcony,the box springs on the beds were dry rotten.. The fabric litterly was falling off of the box springs.No tea and coffee maker..as promised the tub would not drain properly, the was were dirty... But I had fun……

“These six, 2-story units all sit separate from Mo Bay Club Condo Towers and El Greco resort but are on the same complex. Meaning all 3 properties share the same pool, restaurant, bar, and elevator down to the hip strip and beach. The pool, bar, and restaurant are all what I would rate as pretty good. Each individual unit at Court Manor is owned by different people so the interior of each and how it is set up is different. Some are dated with back porches that need work, older furniture, older……

“I am glad we booked this place, it was a 2-minute drive from the main beaches and a walk away from the beach near the cliffs. My Family had a great time, and Fabia, the hotel manager, was such a gentleman. The rooms are beautiful and nicely decorated, looking as good as a 4-star hotel. Beautiful rooms and views from the bar. Very affordable. Everything was near us: restaurants, the ocean, shopping centers, and more. Also, at Paradise on the Rocks, they had a weed dispensary. “The paradise beach studio waa chosen after the first hotel failed to fulfill its deal. Expedia agent helped me find this place as a second resort while in Jamaica. The only issue was actually finding the location. Its difficult because its inside of the montego bay club condo building, I would recommend adding a note for guests and local drivers to help find the location, any address would be helpful as well. ”

“First of all I booked with El Greco so when the itinerary came back with this info I was surprised, however my card was already charged so I figured what could go wrong. At 3:15 I asked the Lady at the desk when would the room be ready, she actually picked up the phone called Housekeeping and informed the person on the other end of the line that *the lady that supposed to check in a complain* mind you right in front of me. The room smelled like roaches were the only occupants of the room,……
