This recently built home is equipped with all hurricane impact windows, doors and a metal roof. Also features a 1-car garage that includes a washer/dryer (garage is for storage only. No vehicles). The bedrooms feature 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 2 full beds— ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests. Each room is designed beautifully and has plenty of closet space. With amenities like a washer/dryer, bath/beach towels, clothing iron, hair dryer and AC, you'll have everything you need to create unforgettable memories. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with a shower, bidet, and hair dryer. Plus, there's an additional living room space with a sleeper sofa for extra sleep space and relaxation. Just steps away is John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park, which offers activities such as snorkeling, kayaking, fishing, boating, and much more. Enjoy an extensive array of restaurants which offer both spectacular views and delicious cuisines.
