  • With two swimming pools, tennis courts, a saltwater tidal snorkeling lagoon and direct water frontage on the Atlantic Ocean, this newly remodeled townhome is in the ideal location for a Florida Keys getaway.

    Completely new kitchen and brand new appliances throughout. Situated on the widest part of the filtered saltwater tidal lagoon where you can snorkel in safety - no sharks, jellyfish, stingrays, alligators or crocodiles to worry about, or just relax on the private beach by the fire pit.

    There is a balcony overlooking the lagoon, a screened lanai, front porch with new Weber grill, 2 bicycles included, three new flat screen TVs in bedrooms and LR along with two work stations for remote workers - one in each bedroom. Highest speed WiFi available.

    Great for working remotely with two desks with USB, WiFi, etc!
