I had booked a room with a king bed, but my two grown kids decided to come with us. I called and asked to change the room to 2 queens. The person I talked to said she made the change. When we got to the room, the booking was still for a king bed. The lady at the front desk was not helpful at all. Basically she said we are fully booked. At 10:00 pm we had to go to Walmart and get a $100 air mattress. It was a very frustrating experience.

Barely adequate, but all we could get for move in weekend in Moscow/Pullman. Even then, the rate was well above what a better hotel (e.g. Best Western, Holiday Inn Express) would usually be. The best thing I can say is that the room was clean and the hotel was in a convenient location. Listing advertised two queens, but we got one full size and one queen. The bathroom was in terrible shape and desperately needs to be redone. All fixtures were sized for children. The sink was barely 3' off the ground. I'm only 5'9" and I had to contort to get myself under the shower head. There was essentially no hot water and the water pressure was very poor. I would not stay here again. They did not provide enough towels and the front desk was usually unmanned so it was hard to get more. The room was extremely small and very tight for four people.
