Overall good visit. One complaint. The music played in the lobby, restaurant seating area is questionable at best. The volume is low enough I most areas that I would not complain since music selection is a matter of opinion . However in the back open eating area where the volume is much higher it creates an undesirable atmosphere especially in the morning for the breakfast crowd

in a very loud busy world this is one of the best places we have had the pleasure to stay. a true jewel.

Property was nice but the “continental breakfast” offered was pathetic (consisted of only apples, microwaveable jimmy dean sausage sandwiches, packaged muffins and cranberry juice- the worst juice flavor in my opinion lol). Also ran into an issue with parking- property website indicated valet was available but did not specify that there was a height restriction so we were unable to use the valet parking garage and had to park in a garage 5 blocks away. Property was convenient to the capital and looks updated at first glance but there were multiple execution issues that appear dated- wires everywhere in the room, loose outlets (had to use a shoe to prop my phone charger to keep it in the outlet), rippling carpet, etc.

Ideally located on Kings Street - a short walk to quaint little resturants and ideally located just 15mins from the airport and 30mins into DC

All staff were exceptionally helpful; especially the housekeeping. The hot tub was such a wonderful option after walking all day.
