"Room was spotless, clean, modern. The lobby had complimentary coffee and hot chocolate that was very nice. The outdoor pool was actually warm and the jacuzzi was a nice temperature. The only bummer was that only one elevator was working so there was a bit of a wait. We would stay in this hotel again, it was really nice. Danny was great when we checked in to the hotel! He was very courteous and professional."

"Central location and walking distance to main attractions , many good food options nearby, short wait for Uber/Lyft, friendly, responsive, and accommodating staff, comfy bed and pillow, spacious room. Overall, great for solo travelers like myself. "

"Breakfast was spectacular, central to many things I wanted to see in San Diego, super friendly staff, clean rooms and cozy bed. My one and only complaint was that the A/C/ fan didn't work in my room. It was a bargain finding this hotel. "

"So, the stay started off super rocky. The system, for what I was told, the power grid in the city went out and we weren't able to get key card for the evening which required the security guard to get us in the parking area and our room. OK, no big deal. We got in and I figured we'd get our card in the morning and awesome. THEN, the TV went out literally. So I called and they said they would fix it. They claimed they fixed but nope. I asked them to fix it again and they weren't able to do so which is when they asked to have my family move to another room? I said, unless it's an upgrade, I want a full refund. They gave us a good suite, didn't charge for the parking, and the rest of our stay was worthwhile and very relaxing. Thank you to those at The Dana! The food was excellent and the staff was very understanding and accomodating."
