"El hotel es hermoso, el check-in rapido y facil. Las habitaciones espaciosas y muy comodas. Todo muy limpio. El desayuno muy bueno, con muchas opciones de comida y delicioso. El hotel esta muy cercano a la estacion central de tren lo cual lo hace muy conveniente para caminar con maletas. "

"The hotel is in a perfect location to see all the highlights of Vienna. There is a grocery store just steps away and everything else is within walking distance. The staff were very attentive and helpful. They arranged my airport transfer, helped me with directions and even provided an American electrical plug (the hotel has no USB plugs to charge electrionics). The breakfast buffet was awesome, pasties, cooked to order omelets, cereals, a very nice assortment. In general, it was a great stay at this hotel. If ever I decide to go to Vienna again, I will stay here."
