"The most beautiful stay! We had the most perfect view of the mountains, we were walking distance to pretty much everything- dining, shopping, trails. Our room was beautiful, clean and spacious. Also had a nice little breakfast buffet in the morning, would definitely come back! Also a 10-15 min walk to the Chamonix station (depending on how fast you walk with luggage haha) "

"We stayed for a ski break. We had a hire car, and used it for the various ski areas - which worked really well, but there was also ski bus stop150 metres down the road. The beds are really comfortable, the half board food excellent and we loved the friendly and helpful staff. "

"Lovely hotel with great staff. It’s conveniently located for the main lift. The bar is lovely and the breakfast is good but no one should have to pay extra for orange juice or even avocado on toast at a 5 star hotel. The spa is tiny with very little room in the changing room. If there is more than one person it is tight. It is nice though. "

"So disappointing. We booked this as a mid-way break on our 16 day driving tour; 1 night in a resort with spa facilities. The pool, hot tub, saunas, and whirlpool; all closed. The bar was closed! One of 2 restaurants on site was open. One of the couples got the robe and slippers, the other couple did not. No apology, no money off. We were told we could use a nearby hotel pool; it was snowing! "A good location next to a shopping center. Clean and relatively new. The only reason for a lower score is our request in the morning to clean the room before 2 PM when we come back with the baby for a nap. The person we asked this from was the hotel manager and he refused to make the effort. We came back at 2 and it was still dirty so we told them not to come that day. With such a large cleaning staff they could have easily made us happier."
