"The Reception staff, in particular, Maureen, were excellent and very helpful and professional. The facilities were limited and inconvenient, due to ‘opening hours’! Reception ‘not manned’ in afternoons/night. IE: can’t use Spa if staff aren’t available to give key! "Where do I begin??? This is NOT a hotel. It should be rated as an upper-end HOSTEL. Pay for the Television power cord to use the TV??? Really??? The staff is very friendly and the town of Hauteluce is nice, though more than 10 minutes from Les Saisies. Cheap & tired beds, no oven, NO comfortable ..."…""Where do I begin??? This is NOT a hotel. "There was absolutely nothing in the apartment to use besides toilet paper. There was no soap or even a sponge. I have ne er stayed anywhere without the very basics to get us started.
