“We've been very impressed with this place so far. The main downside is that it's a good ways outside of downtown Labuan Bajo, but honestly, that's not necessarily a bad thing. It's still a short drive or Grab ride into town and they offered pick up and drop off to the property included.
The villa itself is beautiful. The private pool is immaculate and our kids loved swimming in the afternoon (after about 1PM the sun is in the west and leaves most of the pool aread nicely shaded).

“Hotel is very well located and room was very good too. But the check-in process was weird. We booked for 2 adults and 2 kids and here on hotels.com it is written sleeps 4. As soon as we arrived they wanted to charge extra for making up the sofa bed and give towels to the kids.
Nowhere in the site it is written this extra tax exists. So it was very weird. We open the chat with hotels.com and they couldn’t comunicate with hotel and our kids slept without linen and cover because we refused to pay……
